Message from the Head Teacher

Mr. Emmanuel Oppua

Dear parents, guardians and the entire Shree Sahajanand School community,

I welcome you to Shree Sahajanand International School; the youngest project that our chief donor.

Mr. Hasu had planned to visit the school sometime in September 2024. Little did we know that we would not have a chance to showcase our Cambridge International school learners smartly dressed in their Maroon blazers singing the Shree Sahajanand School Anthem.Despite this major setback, the school registered a very successful launch of the Cambridge International Curriculum. Our most sincere gratitude goes to the Board of Trustees and Board of Governors for the visionary leadership.

Shree Sahajanand International School opened its doors on 20th August – 2024 in a thrilling inaugural assembly which was graced by a re-known educationist; the PDG; District 9214  – Rotarian Ssemwanga Francisco with a total of 47 excited learners and optimistic parents without forgetting the very enthusiastic and fluid faculty staff.

We thank our pioneer dear parents for the trust they have bestowed upon us and the confidence they have shown by giving very positive recommendations to their relatives and friends. Our learners’ enrollment has grown now to 71. This great partnership we have with our parents and guardians is pivotal for our growth as an institution.

We are thrilled to join the Cambridge international community. We are offering a broad and learner engaging curriculum which is well blended with co – curricular activities. The Cambridge Curriculum shapes knowledge, understanding and skills in learners as global citizens, giving them the confidence they need to thrive and make a positive impact in the ever changing world.

Many thanks go to the British Council – Kampala for the kind support they offered to us during the process of registration with Cambridge. We are now a fully registered centre for Cambridge Assessment International Education (CAIE) Centre Number: UG041. We are looking forward to have our first batch of year 11 candidates sit their final International General Certificate of Secondary examinations (IGCSE) in the 2025 examination session.
